Ken Hua, CEO of Transpower Corporation, headquartered in Hong Kong, announced today that the Transpower Kin Yip Manufacturing Division in Schenzhen, China, was officially awarded TS 16949 Certification by INTERTEK on November 24, 2007. `We are very proud to have achieved this corporate milestone on the first attempt, ahead of schedule, enabling Transpower Corp to expand our engineering and manufacturing services to the Automobile Sector. KinYip has also maintained ISO-9001:2000 Certification (INTERTEK) since 2003 and has been RoHS Compliant (SGS) since early 2007.
