During March and April 2008, in response to increasing demand from our OEM customer base, Transpower added 10 new injection molding machines for a total of 61 machines all in the 80-480 Tonnage Capacity range.
According to Transpower CEO, Ken Hua, `In just a month, we have already realized higher efficiencies thru faster cycle times and we are now able to handle more precise, tighter tolerance requirements with a wider variety of resins. In support of our strategic growth initiative, Transpower will continue implementing such capital equipment purchases to enhance our competitiveness in the marketplace while adding value to our customer partnerships.
